Autocar - First for car news and reviews

Does anybody know if Lancia are going to be at this year's British Motor Show? I'd quite like to see the new Delta, but I know they aren't launching dealerships until 2009, now! So, will they be at the Motor Show?

That's really disappointing - doesn't look like many will be there at all - Fiat, Audi, BMW, Volkswagen, Skoda or Smart haven't got their names down either - this seems quite sad considering the new efforts which have gone into booting the show up a bit. I just hope Ford will be displaying the new Fiesta, and maybe we'll get some more surprises?! If any car manufacturer is reading this that hasn't entered themselves into the Motor Show, then you're making a HUGE mistake - and probably losing a lot of customers!

Traditionally British car buyers pay more than their European neighbours for their cars. Maybe they feel they've got us where they want us already and don't see it as a worthwhile investment.
