Autocar - First for car news and reviews

This is the first comparison of these two cars i have read which says the AUDI is the better handling car!?! Not sure about the final decision being made on which car has the fatest roof. A bit too 'Top Gear' for me

Ditto.

Just about every other review I've read prefers the Bimmer. Still, it's good to have two highly accomplished convertibles in this sector. Shame they are both so expensive.

Not sure how many twin tests I have read yet but I have to say that for me the BMW does look better. Got to agree that the '25i' engine can feel suprisingly lack lustre at times considering its power output.

i liked this more relaxed easy going style of road test.  if i want to read in depth reviews, that is what the mag's road test is for.  heck, also try the what car videos for the more "formulaic" video reviews.

who said car buying was rational anyway?  so why should reviews be either?!  :)

 Er, no. no wonder yobs drive the way they do listening to a tester like this. Why not drive them on everyday roads to see just how good they really are

At 2:29 he cuts the corner with the Corsa coming towards him, the Corsa looks like it does n't have to brake, but it does n't look like a considerate piece of driving, but he is in an Audi/BMW so I guess it is ok.

Audi is better looking, with a much nicer interior, the black in the BMW is too dour.
